The League of Women Voters – 100 Years of Making Democracy Work!

The League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Columbus encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. The League is where hands-on work to safeguard democracy leads to civic improvement.

 

 

 

The online version of the Voter Information bulletin for the November General Election will be available at www.vote411.org by the end of September. You can make a personalized ballot based on your address. The printed version of the Voter Information Bulletin will be available at local libraries in the second week of October. Every year the League of Women Voters puts together nonpartisan issue explantions with pros and cons for the upcoming election. This year we have done issue explanations for 4 ballot issues (2 state-wide issues and 2 Columbus specific issues).
